Greg Maged is co-founder and chief executive officer of Bicycle Financial, an online registered investment advisor providing life stage-based financial planning through employers and financial institutions. Prior to Bicycle Financial, Maged was an executive with Charles Schwab where he was chief of staff for Chuck Schwab, the company’s founder. In other roles at Schwab, Maged led product marketing impacting two-thirds of Schwab’s retail business, and managed Schwab’s advisory services, generating $300 million in revenue on more than $80 billion in assets.

Earlier in his career, Maged was an associate principal with McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and Houston, focusing his work on the technology and communications sectors. Maged, while living in Tokyo, started his career working for Nippon Telegraph & Telephone, Japan’s national telephone company.

Maged received a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School. He lives outside Washington, D.C., with his wife, who also is a financial literacy advocate and author. They have three children. Maged joined the NEFE Board of Trustees in 2016.
